Stroke font class.

Font class based on BGI fonts (*.CHR). These font once were part of the Borland BGI Toolkit. They can be found at several places on the internet. Look for bgifonts.zip and bgifont.zip. The latter also contains an editor for these fonts.

Todo:: EW: Translate the native text encoding / unicode to codepage 850 for a2dFontStroke, since these are 'old' DOS fonts.
